Customers have the right to cancel an order within seven working days of placing the order or within seven working days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Customers cancelling their orders will have their payment refunded in full - including shipping costs - within seven working days of the company's receipt of the returned goods. The seven-day period allowed for returns is not intended to allow customers to 'trial' the product and all products returned to us must be unused and in new condition in order for us to accept the return.
